Helicalohm Potentiometer (Multi-turn, Hybrid) 20HHPS-10S It features high resolution and longer life. The hybrid resistive element type potentiometer is the newest type potentiometer, which consists of wirewound resistive element overlaying with conductive resistive resin.  It offers the merit of a wirewound resistive element and that of a conductive plastic resistive element.
